Please Note:

* With effect from 01/03/2011 new terms and conditions will apply when booking appointments which will include a new cancellation fee.

A credit/debit card number will be required when booking your appointment. I accept all major credit/debit cards.

24 hours notice will be required to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise 50% of the total cost of your treatment will be deducted from your credit/debit card.

If you do not arrive for your appointment without any prior notice, the full 100% of the cost of your treatment will be deducted from your credit/debit card.

If you arrive too late for your appointment to be completed in the allocated booking time 100% of the total cost of your treatment will be deducted from your credit/debit card.

These charges will be made upon notice of cancellation.

Your credit/debit card details will be kept on file confidentially.

* A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to your wax or tint appointment.

* Please inform me if you are on medication, pregnant or suffering from any skin or medical condition.

* Please respect your appointment time as late arrival may result in a shortening of your appointment time or may mean that I am unable to provide the treatment booked.

On your first appointment with me please arrive 5 minutes early in order to fill out a consultation card!
